Once the initial contact has been established and your needs identified, we prepare a tailored property tour program that includes:

A detailed description of the properties, along with information about their surroundings,

A standardized document in the form of a rating grid will be provided before each visit, allowing you to record all your comments about the property presented.

These documents will help you compare the properties visited and will facilitate the final choice once the viewing program is completed.
